As per NAAC guidelines, to establish an Internal Quality Assurance Cell  in all accredited higher education institutions, (IQAC) has  been established in 2004 for continuous improvement and academic excellence. IQAC works continuously to ensure quality culture. The cell follows a systematic approach for quality enhancement, directing committed efforts towards sustained improvement and addressing gaps. It fosters a culture of shared responsibility and collective ownership, operating as a catalyst for quality enhancement. By strategically addressing shortcomings and boosting standards, IQAC elevates institutional effectiveness. Its success relies on active participation and engagement from all stakeholders, driving the institution towards excellence and effectiveness.

 Objectives :

1. To enhance the academic and administrative performance of the institution through continuous initiatives for  improvement.
2. To promote a culture of quality consciousness and collective responsibility in all the aspects of institutional functioning.

Functions :

IQAC implements the following strategies to ensure continuous quality enhancement:

1. Ensures timely, efficient, and progressive execution of academic and co-curricular activities.
2. Maintains the relevance and excellence of academic programs and research initiatives.
3. Promotes equitable and affordable access to academic programs for all sections of society.
4. Encourages the adoption of modern and innovative teaching and learning methodologies.
5. Establishes transparent, reliable, and objective methods of evaluating student performance.
6. Ensures the adequacy, optimal utilization, and proper maintenance of institutional support structures and services.
