About

The heart of our academic community, where collaboration, communication, and commitment converge - the Government College Bilaspur (H.P.) Parent-Teacher Association (PTA).Parent Teacher Association (PTA) at Government College Bilaspur (H.P.) was established in the year 1996 with the objective to have participation of the parents, and teachers for all round development of the students and institution. PTA provides assistance to the needy and deserving students and honours the meritorious students. The annual PTA membership fee is Rs. 350/-. The election for the executive committee of PTA is held every year on date notified by the College.

Mission :

Our PTA is driven by a shared mission: to foster strong partnerships between parents, teachers, and students. By working hand-in-hand, we aim to create an inclusive and empowering atmosphere that enhances the overall educational experience the Government College Bilaspur (H.P.).

Objectives:

Enhancing Communication:

Facilitate open and transparent communication channels between parents, teachers, and college administration.
Keep parents informed about college events, academic updates, and extracurricular activities.
Supporting Academic Excellence.
Collaborate with teachers to identify and address academic needs and challenges.
Organize workshops, seminars, and tutoring programs to support student learning.

Promoting Well-being:

Prioritize the mental and emotional well-being of students through awareness campaigns and support initiatives.
Establish a forum for parents to discuss concerns related to their child's overall development.

Encouraging Parental Involvement:

Create opportunities for parents to actively participate in college activities, events, and committees.
Foster a sense of community through social events, volunteer opportunities, and networking sessions.

Fundraising for Enhancements:

Work collaboratively to raise funds for additional resources, infrastructure improvements, and scholarships.
Channel resources to areas that directly benefit students, creating a positive impact on their educational journey.
